Hungary Looking into Prague-Varna Bus Bomb Incident
Hungarian investigators have found a highly inflammable substance in a bag purportedly containing a homemade bomb which was found on a bus traveling from Prague to Varna.
The bus had a majority of Bulgarian passengers and a Bulgarian driver. The suspicious package was found while the vehicle had stopped in Budapest. No-one was injured.

Romanians are confident in the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) the most, and then in the United Nations Organisation (UN) and the European Union, as regards the international bodies, an INSCOP research released on Tuesday says.
Bulgaria's Port Burgas to Absorb Investment of BGN 12 M in 2015
Investment of over BGN 12 M will go to the Bulgarian Port Burgas by end-2015, according to Executive Director Diyan Dimov.
Dimov explained that the investment would go to upgrading the ship berths and port infrastructure.
Man suffers serious burns after setting himself on fire in Keratsini
A 30-year-old Syrian national was being treated for serious burns at a hospital in Nikaia, near Piraeus, after he allegedly poured flammable liquid over himself before settling himself alight in the early hours of Tuesday.
The motives behind the incident, which occurred in Keratsini, remained unclear.

Panhellenic university entrance exams began in Greece for dozens of thousands of final-year students on Monday but only a handful have the holy seal of approval. Students at Komotini flooded to the Metropolitan Church of Maronia for pens blessed in a special service. The pens are engraved with the message, “God is With You.”
Bulgaria's Plovdiv to Be Officially Declared European Capital of Culture 2019
Plovdiv will be officially declared European Capital of Culture for 2019 at a Tuesday meeting of the Council of the European Union.
The issue has been included in the provisional agenda of the meeting on May 19, according to Darik radio.
Plovdiv Mayor Ivan Totev and his deputy Stefan Stoyanov left for Brussels on Monday.
Bulgaria Slaps BGN 1.25 M Fine on CEZ Unit
Bulgaria's anti-trust regulator said in Monday it imposed a fine of BGN 1.25 M on CEZ Distribution Bulgaria for abusing the company's dominant market position.
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria, majority owned by the Czech Republic's CEZ, said it would appeal the decision of the Commission for Protection of Competition (CRC).

Abandoned Larissa girl removed from mother's custody
A 6-year-old girl found living in abhorrent conditions in an apartment in Larissa, central Greece, has been removed from her 32-year-old mother?s custody and was being treated for malnutrition at a local hospital, authorities said.
Police discovered the child alone last Saturday after neighbors reported that they had heard her crying.
Businessman murders wife, commits suicide
A man in Cacak, central Serbia, early on Monday murdered his wife and then committed suicide, the state broadcaster RTS is reporting.
The killer has been named with is initials as D.K - a 58-year-old local businessman.
