Chelsea recorded a loss of nearly 100 million ($132 million, 118 million euros) for the year ending June 30, according to financial results published by the Premier League club on Dec. 31.

British Airways, meanwhile, is canceling some flights for the September 27 date. A new strike for the airline pilots, demanding higher wages, is scheduled for that time.

"Sutra" is a collaborative performance by choreographer Sidi Labri Cherkaoui, artist Antony Gormley and 19 Buddhist monks, honoring an ancient kung fu tradition with a musical score by Polish composer Szymon Brzoska. The multinational production, which will go on stage at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC), was commissioned by the Sadler's Wells Theatre in London.

Eco-Activists Threaten Heathrow Airport with Drones
Threat against Heathrow Airport. An environmental organization has threatened to fly drones around London's airport since September 13, BNT reported.
This would stop all flights from Heathrow. The aim was to put pressure on the British government to take more serious steps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions into the atmosphere.
Nearly 180 Flights Will Be Canceled at Heathrow Airport
London's Heathrow Airport will cancel a total of 177 flights on Monday and Tuesday after earlier this week, one of the unions announced that it was planning to strike, BBC reports. According to television, nearly 90% of all airport staff have stated their intention to quit because of failed talks aimed at improving working conditions and increasing pay, FOCUS reports.
