Romania draws 11 billion euros under Cohesion Policy, CAP

Romania defeated Portugal 28-26 (14-13) on Thursday in their first Group D match at the ongoing European Women's U-19 Handball Championship in Gyor, Hungary. The side coached by Dragos Dobrescu was led in the first half 9-6 (19'), but in the second half the tides turned and they took the lead 25-20 (54').

Analysts comment on presidential candidates' campaign slogans

Political analysts Cristian Parvulescu, Adrian Moraru, Marius Pieleanu, Alfred Bulai and Radu Magdin commented for AGERPRES the slogans chosen by the candidates engaged in the presidential race.

According to them, the slogans are not the "result of inspiration", but rather of the research effort by focus groups.
