Turkish Cyprus homes still await water from Turkey
Fresh water has not been pumped through a new pipeline to households in Turkish Cyprus, amid a continuing dispute between Turkey and Turkish Cyprus over who will run the water affairs of the newly-built pipeline, Turkish Cypriot sources told daily Hürriyet.

Jamie Oliver ‘super excited’ to be opening up restaurant in Cyprus
Famous celebrity chef Jamie Oliver says he is ‘super excited’ to be opening up a restaurant in Cyprus after confirming the move along with PHC Group of companies. Jamie’s Italian eatery will open its doors next year. “I’m super-excited to be bringing Jamie’s Italian to Cyprus and I just know that Nicosia it’s going to be a brilliant addition to the Jamie’s Italian family,” said Oliver.

Turkey offers water to Greek Cyprus to contribute to peace on island
Turkey has officially begun to supply fresh water to Turkish Cyprus via a much awaited pipeline project, with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdo?an saying the water may be shared with the Greek side of the divided island.
"If the south [Greek Cyprus] says 'We also want to utilize this water,' we will carry them water, calling it 'peace water,'" said Erdo?an in Cyprus.

The business communities of the two sides of Cyprus have for the first time agreed to make their cooperation official by setting up the "Cyprus Business Forum," in a sign displaying optimism for a solution which will reunite the divided island in the near future.
IMF spokesman: ‘Cyprus is a success story’
“Cyprus is a success story” was the exact term used by IMF spokesman Gerry Rice on Thursday to describe the island republic’s economic recovery, almost three years after its sovereign debt financial meltdown.
He added that a recent return to growth shows that the efforts undertaken to implement difficult reforms are beginning to pay-off, according to the Cyprus News Agency.
