Two burn victims in the explosion at Petromidia Refinery on Friday will be transferred from the Constanta County Emergency Clinical Hospital to the Bucharest Emergency Clinical Hospital (Floreasca), according to Health Minister Ioana Mihaila.

The missing employee following the blast at Petromidia Refinery was found dead, Constanta County Prefect announced on Friday. The Dobrogea Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (ISU) had announced that six victims resulted in the blast, one of whom was missing. According to ISU Dobrogea spokesperson Anamaria Stocia, the victims were aged between 30 and 50.

The Bucharest County court on Tuesday rejected the request for insolvency filed by the Romanian oil company Rompetrol SA, which is part of the Netherlands-based oil and gas group KMG International.

The reasoning of the judges had not been made public so far, but Rompetrol has seven days to appeal.
