Turkey: Russia preparing S-400 systems for delivery
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said Russia's S-400 air defense missiles are currently being prepared to be flown to Turkey.
Speaking to reporters before leaving for Bosnia on Monday, Erdogan wouldn't say, however, when the Russian missile defense system would reach Turkey or where they will be deployed.
Staikouras finance minister, Dendias foreign minister in Mitsotakis government
Christos Staikouras, a former alternate economy minister under ND PM Antonis Samaras, will be Greece's new finance minister in the cabinet of incoming PM Kyriakos Mitsotakis, which was announced late this afternoon, less than 24 hours afte Mitsotakis' landslide victory, and veteran connservative MP Nilos Dendias will be Greece's new foreign minister.
North Macedonia PM congratulates Mitsotakis on election win
North Macedonia Prime Minister Zoran Zaev has congratulated New Democracy leader Kyriakos Mitsotakis on his election victory.
"Congratulations for the election victory to the new PM of Greece," Zaev said in a tweet Monday. "I wish prosperity to Greece and to the Greek people. We hope to continue the cooperation between North Macedonia and Greece," he said.
Mitsotakis appoints his cabinet
New center-right Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis appointed his cabinet on Monday afternoon, entrusting most of the key posts to trusted aides.
Panagiotis Pikrammenos, formerly the president of the Council of State who briefly served as caretaker prime minister at the peak of Greece's economic crisis in 2012, was appointed deputy prime minister.

A strong government and a strong opposition
As the results poured in after the polls closed Sunday night, it quickly became evident that Kyriakos Mitsotakis and his center-right New Democracy party would have a comfortable majority in the new Parliament. Also, that while Alexis Tsipras and his SYRIZA movement had lost power they maintained a strong presence.
