Palestinian local polls delayed for up to four months

Greek parliament recognizes Palestine

The voting took place during the official visit to Athens of Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas, who met with Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras.

Greek Parliament unanimously asks for recognition of state of Palestine
