"Opening of chapters depends on dialogue with Pristina"
The green light to open new chapters in Serbia's EU accession talks by the end of the year will depend on a progress report on the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue.
Serbia's chief negotiator with the EU Tanja Miscevic said this on Tuesday.

BELGRADE - US Ambassador to Kosovo Greg Delawie said on Sunday in Pristina that "Kosovo's security forces will become an army, since it is necessary that Kosovo has its own defensive capabilities".
Delawie said that NATO forces will not withdraw until Kosovo has ability to defend itself, reported RTK2.

Pristina official calls on Spain to recognize Kosovo
Kosovo Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj expects "a new phase in relations between Kosovo and Spain," Pristina-based broadcaster RTK has reported.
An article published under the headline "Hoxhaj calls on Spain to recognize Kosovo" further said that the official "expressed his expectation that Spain will not block Kosovo on the path of European integration."
Brussels dialogue to resume
BELGRADE - The Belgrade-Pristina expert-level dialogue will resume in Brussels on Wednesday and Thursday, with the Belgrade delegation to be headed by the director of the government Office for Kosovo-Metohija, Marko Djuric.
