US cathedral may become museum to the slave trade
A plan to open what would be the only museum in the U.S. centered on the trans-Atlantic slave trade would focus on the Episcopal Church's role in its history and the sometimes-buried legacy of slavery in northern states.

French Frigate Surcouf Entered the Black Sea
The French navy frigate Surcouf entered the Black Sea on May 28, reports the Russian wire service ITAR-TASS.
The French ship will join the mission of the USS Vella Gulf, who sailed into the Black Sea on May 23.
Currently the US ship is near the Romanian coast. Surcouf and Vella Gulf will have a mission to gather information.

Turkish military vessels enter Greek waters
Five Turkish warships taking part in the Beyaz Firtina 2014 naval exercise entered Greek territorial waters in the Aegean Sea on Monday.
In a statement, Greeces National Defense General Staff (GEETHA) said the Kemal Reis, Meltem, Imbat, Ruzgar and Firtina vessels did not stay within the annual drills delineated area and were observed sailing around the Cyclades island complex.
