PG Lazar: Constitutional provisions prevent interferences of other authorities from outside judiciary power

Prosecutor General Augustin Lazar on Wednesday, at the presentation of the 2017 activity report of the Public Ministry, said that the constitutional and legal provisions currently ensure the operational independence of prosecutors in making decisions and prevent interferences or interventions of other authorities from outside judiciary power.
