Bulgaria: Software Problem of 60% of GPs has Blocked the Issuance of Electronic Referrals
Problems with the medical software of one of the companies led to problems after the introduction of fully electronic referrals on June 1. This was announced to Nova TV by the general practitioner Dr. Nikolay Branzalov, Deputy Chairman of the Bulgarian Medical Union.

On 9 and 10 July 2018, Europol's Internet Referral Unit (EU IRU) organised the tenth joint Referral Action Days with colleagues from specialized units from Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. This time the campaign was focused on different platforms belonging to Google and was attended by representatives of the company.
