Italian Parliament Elects President at Fourth Attempt
The Italian Parliament elected Sergio Mattarella as the country's president on Saturday at its fourth attempt.
In the previous three rounds, which took place on Thursday and Friday, none of the candidates managed to gather two-thirds majority or 673 votes.
EU Moves to Extend Russia Sanctions over Ukraine

Belgrade-Pristina dialogue will continue
BELGRADE - The dialogue between Belgrade and Pristina will resume in Brussels on February 9, Serbia's Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic confirmed on Saturday.
He said he would take part in those talks together with Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic, while Kosovo would be represented by Prime Minister Isa Mustafa and Foreign Minister Hasim Taci.

EU Will Never Recognise Crimea's Annexation - Mogherini
The EU will never recognise Crimea's annexation by Russia, the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Federica Mogherini said Monday after the first meeting of the EU-Ukraine Association Council.
According to AFP, the problem of Crimea was discussed at the meeting.
