A guide to the Sept. 27 supermoon in Greece on World Tourism Day (super pics)

World Tourism Day on Sept 27 coincides with the rare supermoon total lunar eclipse, a phenomenon that hasn’t happened since 1982. Over the past 115 years there have been only five of them and the next one is due in 2018.

The moon will be just 387,472 km meaning that it will be 13% larger than normal, making it a sight worth seeing.

Dancing under the water

For the first time in the world, choreographers Sophie Bulbulyan (France) and Apostolia Papadamaki (Greece) in collaboration with Lia Haraki (Cyprus) and artists from 10 countries, present an underwater dance-visual performance , ‘Drops of Breath’.

The audience will be able to attend the performance underwater sat on underwater benches.

Underwater dance performance at Cape Sounion

Choreographers Sophie Bulbuyan and Apostolia Papadamaki join a global dance team to create an underwater dance-visual performance titled "Drops of Breath". The 14 performers from France, Greece and Cyprus will present their underwater choreography at Cape Sounion beach, the sea region at the foot of the cliff where the Greek temple of Poseidon is located.
