Changes to Sofia's Airport Bus Service: Line 384 Discontinued, New Express Route Soon
Bus line 384, which previously operated between Druzhba-2 district and Sofia Airport, has been officially discontinued, announced the Center for Urban Mobility. This development comes alongside alterations to other bus lines, including changes to line 75's weekend and holiday schedule and adjustments to student lines U1 and U2.
Sarajevo Film Festival opens

Madonna hospitalized for several days, tour postponed
Madonna is recovering after falling ill with a "serious bacterial infection" that landed her in an intensive care unit for several days, her manager Guy Oseary said in a statement on June 28.
"Her health is improving, however she is still under medical care," he said. "A full recovery is expected."
U2 play their first-ever concert in India
Irish rockers U2 played their first-ever concert in India Dec. 15, with top celebrities and mega-fans converging from across the vast nation to the coastal city of Mumbai.
U2 are the latest in a series of major international acts to tour the South Asian country, with Beyonce, Shakira, Coldplay, Demi Lovato and Bryan Adams among the superstars who have played to packed venues.

Bono may never play guitar after accident
Bono says he may never play guitar again due to injuries suffered in a New York City cycling accident.
The U2 singer suffered multiple injuries, including fractures to his left eye socket, shoulder blade and left elbow, when he crashed his bike in Central Park in November. He required hours of surgery after what doctors called a "high-energy bicycle accident."
