Bulgaria's Workforce Increased Slightly in 2014 - NSI
The latest data of the National Statistical Institute (NSI), which was released on Monday, shows that Bulgaria's workforce registered a slight increase in 2014.
According to the data, the number of economically active persons, aged between 15 and 64, amounted to 3 308 700, which represents 69 % of the population in the same age category.
Three out of four jobless Greeks are at least 12 months without work
The unemployment rate started climbing again in the last quarter of 2014, putting an end to a period of moderate decline. The jobless reached 26.1 percent of the work force in October-December 2014 due to the political and economic uncertainty generated by the prospect of the elections and the change in government, Hellenic Statistical Authority (ELSTAT) figures showed on Thursday.

Turkey's unemployment rate hit 9.9 percent in 2014
The unemployment rate was 9.9 percent in 2014, rising from 9.7 percent in the previous year, the Turkish Statistics Institute (TÜ?K) announced on March 6.
The number of unemployed persons aged 15 years old and over was 2.8 million people in 2014, according to the TÜ?K data.
