312 more people infected with COVID-19 in Serbia; Total number of infected 6.630
The Serbian Health Care Ministry reported three coronavirus-related deaths in the last 24 hours, up till 3 pm today, bringing total death toll to 125.
312 new cases had been registered, out of which 3.111 people had been tested over the 24 hour period.
3.703 people were hospitalized including 108 patients on respirators. 870 patients had recovered.
Thessaloniki death brings coronavirus toll to 115
The death of a 74-year-old man at the AHEPA University Hospital in Thessaloniki, northern Greece, took the country's coronavirus toll to 115 on Monday afternoon.
According to unconfirmed reports, the man had not been suffering from any underlying health issues when he was hospitalized with Covid-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus.

Turkish Minister’s Talk About Defeating Pandemic Dismays Experts
Turkish Health Minister Fahrettin Koca on Sunday said the number of coronavirus cases in the country had risen to 86,306, which is the highest figures outside Europe and the US.
The 3,977 new registered cases on Sunday also pushed the number of coronavirus cases in Turkey above China's, where the outbreak originated.

Global coronavirus cases top 2.4 million
The number of novel coronavirus cases worldwide passed 2.4 million late on April 19, according to a running tally by U.S.-based Johns Hopkins University.
The university's data showed the number of deaths has reached 165,044 while 623,911 have fully recovered.
A total of 2,401,379 confirmed cases have been recorded worldwide.

8 more Turkish nationals die from COVID-19 in Germany
Eight more Turkish nationals have died in Germany from the novel coronavirus, local authorities said on April 19.
Their deaths were reported in the cities of Hamburg, Nuremberg, Mainz and Stuttgart.
Some of those who died have no families or relatives and will therefore be buried in Germany.
324 newly infected in Serbia, five more deaths
The total number infected in Serbia is 6.318.
In the last 24 hours, another five people have died from coronavirus infection in Serbia, and the death toll has reached 122.
The mortality rate is now 1.93 percent.
The number of hospitalized persons is 3.900 and a total of 753 have recovered.
