Ex-Twitter Executives Sue Elon Musk for $128M in Severance
Elon Musk, after acquiring Twitter for USD44 billion in 2022, dismissed several top executives, including Parag Agrawal, Ned Segal, Vijaya Gadde, and Sean Edgett. Subsequently, Agrawal and other former executives have filed a lawsuit against Musk, alleging that he withheld USD 128 million in severance payments. Musk later renamed Twitter as X.
Musk's Neuralink moves legal home to Nevada
Elon Musk's brain implant company Neuralink has moved its legal corporate home from Delaware to Nevada after a Delaware judge struck down Musk's $55.8 billion pay package as CEO of Tesla.
Neuralink, which has its physical headquarters in Fremont, California, became a Nevada company on Feb. 8, according to state records.

Jeff Bezos sells off $2 bn in Amazon shares
Amazon founder Jeff Bezos has sold off about $2 billion in shares of the online distribution giant, according to recent stock market filings.
Bezos sold on Wednesday and Thursday some 12 million Amazon shares, at between $168-171 per share, according to documents sent to stock market regulatory authorities Friday.

A judge in the U.S. state of Delaware voided the $56 billion compensation package of Tesla chief executive Elon Musk on Tuesday, siding with a shareholder who claimed the entrepreneur was overpaid.

Elon Musk is seeking to raise a billion dollars for his xAI artificial intelligence company that he hopes will compete with ChatGPT's Open AI.
An official filing to the US Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday said the company that Musk created earlier this year had already gathered $134.7 million and plans to raise $1 billion overall.

A top-selling biography of billionaire Elon Musk is being adapted into a film with prolific U.S. director Darren Aronofsky already attached, production company A24 said on Nov. 10
The author of "Elon Musk," star biographer Walter Isaacson, had a previous book on Apple founder Steve Jobs made into a 2015 film starring Michael Fassbender.

Twitter losing cash because advertising down, says Musk
Elon Musk says Twitter is still losing cash because advertising has dropped by half.
In a reply to a tweet offering business advice, Musk tweeted on July 15, "We're still negative cash flow, due to (about a) 50% drop in advertising revenue plus heavy debt load."
"Need to reach positive cash flow before we have the luxury of anything else," he concluded.
