Mitsotakis and von der Leyen to meet in Davos on Thursday
Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis will on Thursday meet European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the Davos World Economic Forum, Commission chief spokesman Eric Mamer told reporters in Brussels on Monday.
Mitsotakis will travel to Davos to participate in the World Economic Forum on Wednesday.
Vucic meets with Bettel
DAVOS - Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic met with Luxembourgish PM Xavier Bettel on the sidelines of the Davos World Economic Forum on Wednesday.
Vucic thanked Bettel for believing in Serbia's European future.

WEF organisers comply with footnote rule for so-called Kosovo
DAVOS - The organisers of the Davos World Economic Forum (WEF) have published a list of the event's participants, in which the so-called Kosovo is represented with a footnote.
An asterisk is placed next to the name of Pristina's PM Albin Kurti.
The WEF will be held from January 16 through 20.
Saying goodbye to Ali Babacan
Deputy Prime Minister Ali Babacan, who entered the 58th government in 2002 as the youngest cabinet member and sat at the seat of state minister responsible of economy at the age of 38, has been replaced by Cevdet Y?lmaz, who was the minister for development.

Oxfam says richest one percent to own more than rest by 2016
Wealth accumulated by the richest one percent will exceed that of the other 99 percent in 2016, the Oxfam charity said Jan. 19, ahead of the annual meeting of the world's most powerful at Davos, Switzerland.
