Not only is it going to keep the crushing land tax in tact, but it will be extended to include real estate property owned by Greek citizens outside Greece.

ENFIA to apply on properties abroad
Deputy Finance Minister Trifon Alexiadis pre-announced that ENFIA tax will apply to properties abroad during his speech at a real estate market conference.
Also, he announced that as of 2016 all conveyances will be made electronically and the new system for objective property values will apply in Septemebr 2016.
