First refugees as part of EU's scheme arrive in Slovenia
The 28 refugees who arrived today are from Syria and Iraq and have come to Slovenia from Greece.
They are asylum seekers who have requested for international protection already in Greece, which is why they are expected to be processed relatively quickly in Slovenia.
Vucic, Cerar attend women's giant slalom at Pohorje
MARIBOR - The prime ministers of Serbia and Slovenia, Aleksandar Vucic and Miro Cerar respectively, attended on Saturday the World Cup Women's Giant Slalom, 51st Golden Fox, at the Pohorje ski center near Maribor.
Vucic and Cerar first toured the press center, and then watched the second run.

Henri Coanda Bucharest International Airport has been ranked at no. 4 by Airports Council International-Europe in the European rankings of airports that recorded the highest increase in air traffic in 2014, within the category of airports that saw between 5 and 10 million passengers.

Commemoration for Kraljevo civilians executed in 1941
KRALJEVO - A commemorative ceremony took place on Tuesday to pay respects to the citizens of Kraljevo who were executed by German firing squads in October 1941.
A memorial service was held and wreathes were laid at their tombs in the Memorial Park.
On this day 73 years ago, the soldiers of Nazi Germany shot 2,190 citizens of Kraljevo.
Arunovic shoots her way to gold at Maribor World Cup
MARIBOR - Serbia's Zorana Arunovic won the gold medal in the 10m Air Pistol Woman event at the 2014 ISSF World Cup in Rifle and Pistol in Maribor, Slovenia, on Thursday.
Russia's Ekaterina Korshunova and Bulgaria's Antoaneta Boneva finished second and third, respectively.
This is the second World Cup gold medal for Arunovic, who pocketed her first one in Munich two years ago.
World Cup gold for Mikec in Maribor
MARIBOR - Damir Mikec, member of Serbia's national shooting team, claimed gold in the men's 50 m pistol event at the ISSF World Cup in Maribor on Monday.
Mikec won the gold medal with a score of 194.0 points, while silver went to Jitu Rai of India with 193.9.
The third ranked Tomoyuki Matsuda of Japan scored 172.9 points.
