Bosnia's State Investigative and Protection Agency, which had been under pressure to make arrests over the high-profile incident at the July 11 commemoration, held the suspects for questioning for several hours on Tuesday before releasing them, a Bosnian government official told BIRN.

From sportsmen from Bosnia and Serbia who raised money together to volunteers who went from one part of the country to another to help people, Bosnia’s recent floods have prompted many to put solidarity ahead of ethnic divisions.
