Death Toll Rises in Flood-Stricken Bosnia
Unconfirmed reports say at least 30 people have died in the devastating floods that have hit Bosnia. Most perished in unexpected flash floods and sudden landslides that have marooned towns and left thousands homeless.

Bosnia Flooding Causes Landslides, Destroys Homes
Landslides around Sarajevo and Tuzla caused by torrential rain have destroyed dozens of homes, while other towns remain flooded, leaving people in need of help with food and water.
Several persons were reported injured when a landslide near Sarajevo destroyed eight houses. Dozens of landslides have occurred in areas round the capital.

Flooding Hits Several Parts of Bosnia
Constant rain over the last few days has left many areas in Bosnia flooded, damaging homes, bridges and agricultural land. Forecasts say the bad weather will continue until next week.
Flooding was worst in Sarajevo and Tuzla regions, as well as in central Bosnia, in Gorazde in the east and Bijeljina in the northeast.

Bosnia Court Frees Two Alleged Arsonists
Salem Hatibovic and Nihad Trnka were released on April 4 after a court bowed to the demand of the prosecutor to set them free.
The two men were suspected of terrorism offences after they allegedly participated in the arson attack on the Bosnian Presidency building in Sarajevo on February 7.
