Russia Marking 75th Anniversary Of Bloody Battle Of Stalingrad
Russian President Vladimir Putin is expected to attend ceremonies in the city formerly known as Stalingrad as it marks the 75th anniversary of one of the bloodiest battles in World War II.
The ceremonies in the city now known as Volgograd on February 2 will feature a parade with 75 tanks -- one for each year since the victory.

Namely, the material used to build the roof and VIP section at Moscow's reconstructed Luzhniki Stadium came from Serbia - from the Impol-Seval aluminum producer in the town of Sevojno.

'Stalin Breaks Speed Limit Giving Jesus a Lift'
A traffic camera in Russia's Volgograd Region snapped a picture of a speeding car driven by a man who resembled the late Soviet leader Joseph Stalin, with a person resembling Jesus sitting in the passenger's seat.
A Russian man posted a photo sent to him by the Volgograd Region traffic police online, which allegedly depicted his car breaking the speed limit.

2 killed, 8 Injured in Gas Explosion in Russia's South
Russian authorities say that a gas explosion in an apartment building in Russia's south has killed at least two people and injured eight other, according to ABC.
The Russian emergency situations ministry said that an entire stairwell in the building in Volgograd collapsed in Tuesday's blast.

Radnicki beats Posillipo to finish third
MARSEILLE - Kragujevac-based water polo club Radnicki scored a 10-6 victory over Italian club Posillipo thus finishing third at the Champions League qualification tournament in Marseille.
The Serbian team coached by Uros Stevanovic reached the second round of the qualifications on Sunday with a total of three wins and two defeats.

Radnicki defeatd Ligamus from Georgia
MARSEILLE - The water polo club Radnicki beat Ligamus from Georgia 15-4 (7-3 2-0 3-1 3-0) in the 3rd round of Group A of the qualifications for the Champions League in Marseille on Friday.
This was the second win for the team from Kragujevac, after beating the host, Marseille (8-7) on Thursday. However they lost to OSC from Hungary (8-4) earlier on Friday.
