European planemaker Airbus  and Iran Air will finalize a deal to buy aircraft in two weeks, the head of Iran's flag carrier said on Dec. 13, adding Airbus has agreed to provide financing for 17 planes.

A Boeing Apatche AH-64 Helicopter crashed on Tuesday morning in Orfanos Gulf, east of Chalkidiki. According to the first reports, the two pilots have been rescued and transferred to 424 Army General Hospital of Thessaloniki. The causes of the crash are still unknown.

Boeing is set to deliver a record number of airplanes this year to Turkey's flag-carrier Turkish Airlines, the latter said in a written statement on April 29. 

In total, the carrier will receive the delivery of six 777-300ERs and 20 Next-Generation 737-800s over the course of 2016, according to the statement.
