Visegrad Four to Reiterate Opposition to Binding Migrant Quota Plan
Foreign ministers from four ex-Communist countries of eastern Europe are meeting on Monday with officials from the current EU president Luxembourg to declare their opposition to a proposal to introduce binding quotas for redistribution of migrants among EU member states.
Serbia Says Border Closures Are Hitting Economy
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said the closure of international borders due to the refugee crisis was damaging Serbia's economy.

Hungary's fence-building effort turns to border with Croatia
Hungary last night began building a fence on its border with Croatia "to stem a flow of migrants," Prime Minister Viktor Orban said, according to Reuters.
He told public radio on Friday that "hundreds of soldiers and police have been deployed on the frontier."

Serbia Saying Ready to Face Potential Rise in Migrant Inflow from Bulgaria
Serbia's Labour Minister Aleksandar Vulin said on Thursday the government is getting ready to receive "a potentially larger inflow of migrants from Bulgaria" at Dimitrovgrad border crossing but doesn't intend to keep anyone inside the country by force.
