Vucic discusses agriculture cooperation with India's state of Maharashtra
MUMBAI - On the second day of an official visit to India, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic met with Maharasthra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Wednesday to discuss improved cooperation in agriculture, seed processing and other food processing technologies, as well as ways of attracting more Indian investors to Serbia and establishing joint teams to work on this.
Turkey arrests two Uighur Chinese for Istanbul terrorist attack
Two Chinese nationals of Uighur origin were arrested on Friday for suspected links to the mass shooting in an Istanbul night club on New Year’s Eve, state-run Anadolu agency said.
Two suspects, Omar Asim and Abuliezi Abuduhamiti, who are Chinese citizens, were remanded in custody on charges of being members of an armed terrorist organization, and aiding in 39 counts of murder.

Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin, who recently visited India to attend a business summit, has announced that Moscow and New Delhi will reset ties in the coming days.

Vucic meets with Indian PM Modi
GANDINAGHAR - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic met in Gandhinagar on Tuesday with Indian PM Narendra Modi to discuss bilateral relations and ways of strengthening economic cooperation and trade, Vucic's office said in a statement.
Vucic invited Modi to visit Serbia, noting this would be a new impetus to strengthening the bilateral cooperation at all levels.

Vucic: Serbia best place for investments
GANHDINAGAR - Serbia will ensure the best possible conditions for Indian companies investing in our country, Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic said Tuesday in an address at the Vibrant Gujarat summit in Gandhinagar.
"We will ensure the best conditions for Indian companies and I hope Serbian companies will also find fertile ground here in India for our investments," Vucic said.

Vucic opens Bombay Stock Exchange trading day
Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic on Thursday in Mumbai opened the trading day at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE).
On the occasion, he "stressed that it is a great honor for our country, because this is a way to expand close ties with India," the Serbian government said in a statement.

Vucic to begin visit to India Tuesday
BELGRADE - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic will be visiting India from January 10 through 13, the Serbian government press office said in a statement.
During the visit, Vucic will meet with Indian PM Narendra Modi, Russian Deputy PM Dmitry Rogozin and other participants of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit, whose central focus is "Sustainable Economic and Social Development."

Vucic arrives on official visit to India
AHMEDABAD - Serbian PM Aleksandar Vucic on Monday arrived on a several-day official visit to India.
Vucic, who was welcomed will full honours in a ceremony at the Ahmedabad airport, will be in India until January 13 and has already spoken with Russian Deputy PM Dmitry Rogozin.
