Bulgaria's Ranks Average in Military Expenditure within NATO
Bulgaria spends far more on defense as a share of its GDP compared to Germany, Italy, and Canada, NATO data shows.
A CNN Money report, which includes Alliance data about military expenditures, cites NATO statistics according to which Bulgaria, with spending at 1.20% of GDP, ranks 12th out of 28 member states.
It is still far behind the 2% target adopted in 2014.

Yes it is a scientific fact that smoking is hazardous to people’s health. It is a also a fact that smoking is detrimental to the health of non smokers forced to inhale in closed areas. At least 41 dead in 7.8 earthquake in Ecuador (photos-video)
At least 41 people were killed in a 7.8 magnitude earthquake in the west of Ecuador in the early hours of Sunday. The epicentre of the earthquake was 20 km deep and was felt throughout the whole country, while sources say the injured are expected to be in their hundreds. There have been extensive damages though out the country, while a tsunami warning has been issued.
