Serbian Church Joins Battle for TV Ratings
The Serbian Orthodox Churc's new TV station, TV Hram (Temple) starts broadcasting on Orthodox Christmas, January 7.
The first programme on the online station will be an interview with Church leader Patriarch Irinej.
The managing editor of the station is Stojadin Pavlovic, the director of the patriarchal administrative offices.

This will coincide with the Christmas holiday period, marked in Serbia according to the Julian calendar, on January 7.

Divers Clear More Mines off Montenegro's Seabed
Police divers and de-miners have found more than 600 unexploded anti-ship mines, bombs and other explosive devices in Montenegrin waters this year.
The underwater mines, left over from World War I and II, were located and neutralized off shore in the bay near the resort towns of Kotor and Tivat.

PODGORICA -- Montenegrin President Filip Vujanovic has said that his country "must not miss the chance to receive an invitation to join NATO next year."
