Delivery Hero buys out Turkey's food ordering firm Yemeksepeti for $589 million

Delivery Hero, the Germany-based online food ordering giant, has acquired Turkey?s Yemeksepeti, the leading local firm in the business, for $589 million, the companies announced on May 5. 

Yemeksepeti CEO Nevzat Ayd?n told Hürriyet that he will remain in his post as he will also be part of the management team of Delivery Hero.

Prime Minister Al-Thani invites Vucic to visit Qatar

BELGRADE - Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani, Prime Minister of Qatar, invited his Serbian counterpart Aleksandar Vucic to visit Doha and contribute to further strengthening of ties between the two countries.

The official invitation was presented to Vucic on Thursday by Qatar's Ambassador to Serbia Sheikh Mubarak bin Fahad Jassim Mohammed Al-Thani.

Dignitaries to flock to Gallipoli anniversary

Turkey will host leaders from all corners of the world when it holds commemorations for the 100th anniversary of the Battle of Gallipoli April 24-25.

The heads of state for 20 nations will be in attendance, while two parliament speakers, three vice presidents, five prime ministers and around 20 ministers will also attend the ceremonies.
