Romania updates list of countries in COVID-19 red, yellow, green areas

Romania's National Committee for Emergency Situations (CNSU) updated on Friday its list of countries or areas with high COVID-19 epidemiological risk. "The classification of the countries/areas by the cumulative rate of COVID-19 cases in order to sort the persons arriving in Romania accordingly and subject them to quarantine is hereby approved," reads CNSU Decision 39.

When it comes to the number of revaccinations, Serbia is the first in Europe and the fourth in the world, B92.net has learned.
For the sake of comparison, Serbia has more revaccinated citizens in absolute numbers than Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Albania.

Over 200 million vaccine doses administered globally

More than 200 million coronavirus vaccine doses have been administered in at least 107 countries and territories, according to an AFP count based on official sources on Feb. 20.    

In total 201,042,149 doses had been given worldwide by 1000 GMT - a figure that does not include the latest data from China and Russia, who have stopped making their progress public in recent days.    

Serbia's back on the "red list"

In addition to Serbia, Albania, Bahrain, Colombia, the Seychelles, the United Arab Emirates, but also the German provinces of Brandenburg, Sachsen-Anhalt, and several French and Italian regions are returning to the "red list".
There are 31 countries on the list, and as far as the Western Balkans are concerned, only Montenegro is on the "red list".
