Chinese Troops to Participate in joint Military Exercises in Russia
China's Defence Ministry has announced that its People's Liberation Army will participate in the strategic command and staff exercise Vostok-2022 in Russia in which India, Belarus, Tajikistan and Mongolia are also participants.

‘Spying’ Russian Journalist Rejected by Kosovo Back in Serbia
The Russian embassy in Belgrade confirmed on Sunday that Russian journalist Daria Aslamova "is safe and located in central Serbia" after she was detained a day earlier while trying to cross the border from Serbia into Kosovo. The embassy claimed her detention was groundless.
Kosovo Interior Minister Xhelal Svecla on Sunday banned the entry of Aslamova as a "confirmed spy".
One in every three Turks clinically obese: Report
Nearly a third of the Turkish population, or 32.1 percent, comprises obese people, whereas 66.8 percent of the population is either overweight or obese, according to a World Health Organization (WHO) report released during the 29th European Congress on Obesity in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

Russian songs resonate throughout the streets in the Central Anatolian province of Eskişehir as 24-year-old Ivan Reznichenko plays his guitar to earn his daily bread.
He was paying a visit to a friend in Turkey's southwestern resort town of Bodrum when Russian troops entered into Ukrainian territories on Feb. 24.

The name of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States (Turkic Council) has been changed to the Organization of Turkic States, according to a joint declaration of the Council's 8th Summit in Istanbul.

Asia suffered its hottest year on record in 2020, the United Nations said on Oct. 26 ahead of the COP26 summit, with extreme weather taking a heavy toll on the continent's development.

Kyrgyzstan orders Turkey’s Bayraktar TB2 drones
Kyrgyzstan's president said on Oct. 23 that his country will purchase unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) from both Turkey and Russia.
"We're not buying drones to go to war with someone. We will buy drones to ensure the country's security," Sadyr Japarov said in his first annual press conference in the capital Bishkek, after assuming the post at the beginning of 2021.
