Vucic in talks in Davos about energy supplies for Serbia
DAVOS - Serbia is in talks with Romania about importing gas from the Black Sea and is open to discussions about getting gas from Russia through alternative routes, Serbian Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic said on Thursday, speaking for the Reuters' Global Markets Forum in Davos.

BANJA LUKA -- Bosnia's minister of external trade and economic relations Boris Tucic has resigned "over the sale of arms from Bosnia-Herzegovina to Ukraine."
This was announced on Thursday in Banja Luka by the president of Bosnia's Serb entity, the RS, Milorad Dodik.

The Russian media initially reported that the number of victims was 13, revising it to 9 later in the day.

Ukraine, US Accuse Russia, Separatists of Escalating Situation
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko announced on Wednesday that Russia had more than 9000 troops and 500 tanks, heavy artillery and armoured personnel carriers in eastern Ukraine.
Poroshenko hurled this accusation during his visit at the World Economic Forum in Davos, which he had to leave earlier due to the renewed escalation of violence in Ukraine, the BBC reports.

Russian media outlets report of an "explosion" which also left tens of people injured, according to authorities in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic.
There are conflicting reports as to whether the incident occurred in a tram or a trolleybus.
