NOVI SAD - The Novi Sad Culture Center will host an event celebrating the culture of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela from April 14 to 17.

Cuba on March 10 offered its "unconditional support" to Venezuela after US President Barack Obama authorized new sanctions against senior officials of the South American oil producer, Havana's closest ally.
      
An official statement published in the island's state-run media called Obama's executive order implementing the sanctions "arbitrary and aggressive."        

US President Barack Obama classified Venezuela as a “threat to national security” of the USA.

This characterization is included in the executive order issued by the US president, with which he also imposed sanctions on seven individuals and clarified Washington D.C.’s worry on the treatment that political adversaries of the Venezuelan government, receive.
