Cyta lands smart meter tender of EAC
The Board of Directors of the Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC) has granted the contract for 400,000 smart electricity meters to telecommunications market leader Cyta, following pressure from the Energy Regulatory Authority and in compliance with European Union Recovery Mechanism obligations.

PPC Renewables to build hybrid energy station in Astypalea
PPC Renewables on Tuesday announced it has won a tender by the Energy Regulatory Authority to develop a hybrid energy station of renewable energy sources (RES) in Astypalaea in the framework of an innovative program "Astypalea: smart and sustainable island".
