Bosniak Commander’s Acquittal Over Rudo, Gorazde, Appealed
The Bosnian Prosecution on Friday appealed the verdict acquitting Ahmet Sejdic of war crimes in Gorazde and Rudo in 1992 to 1993, while the defence called for the dismissal of the appeal.

Ahmet Sejdic told the Bosnian state court in Sarajevo on Friday that he was innocent, as his defence called for his acquittal on all charges in the indictment accusing him of the inhumane treatment of Serb civilians and prisoners of war in the period between July 1992 and February 1993.
Bosnia Arrests Three for War Crimes Against Serbs
The Bosnian State Investigation and Protection Agency on Tuesday arrested Ibro Merkez, Esef Huric and Ahmed Sejdic in Sarajevo and Gorazde on suspicion that as wartime members of the Bosnian police and military, they took part in crimes against Serb civilians.
