US President Barack Obama has put forward the name of Eric Rubin as Washington's next Ambassador to Bulgaria, a White House message shows.

If Rubin is later confirmed, Bulgaria will be his first-ever ambassadorial appointment.

BELGRADE - Serbian parliament's Deputy Speaker Igor Becic and members of parliamentary groups met with Thomas Yazdgerdi, Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State, and jointly agreed that the Serbian-US bilateral relations have improved.
