Mechanisms of the Seen | Athens | February 17 – March 1
The Goethe Institute in Athens (16-17 Omirou), in collaboration with State of Concept Athens (19 Botsari), the Greek Film Archive (48 Iera Odos), and the French Institute of Greece, is gearing up to present the event series "Mechanisms of the Seen" by filmmaker and conceptual artist Maria Lalou.
Electra/Orestes | Epidaurus | July 26-27
Belgian director Ivo van Hove, known for his avant-garde dramatizations, draws upon two Euripides texts, "Orestes" and "Electra," to tell the tale of a brother and sister united in their resentment of their mother, Clytemnestra. In collaboration with the Comedie-Francaise, van Hove is bringing the production to the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus for the Athens and Epidaurus Festival.

French-Greek Chamber to host tax event
The French-Greek Chamber of Commerce and Industry is holding an event on Thursday at the French Institute of Greece (31 Sina, Athens) titled "Proposals for a Fair and Effective Tax Policy for Enterprises."
The keynote speaker will be the new head of Grant Thornton in Greece, Nikos Karamouzis, while corporate tax experts will offer their insight.

11th annual Comicdom Con exhibition
The 11th Comicdom Con exhibition, organized by the non-profit organization Comicdom Press, theHellenic American Union and the French Institute Of Greece, will take place in Athens on April 15-17 2016.
The three-day comics festival will be hosted at the main building of the Hellenic American Union (22 Massalias str) and the French Institute of Greece building (31 Sina str).
