Pristina, Belgrade cannot negotiate without EU mediation

Terrorist financing in KiM needs to be investigated
PRISTINA - About EUR 50 million have arrived in Kosovo-Metohija (KiM) from Middle East countries over the last few years, Baskim Zeciri, expert in the study of terrorist financing, has said.
In Kosovo, there is a solid legal basis for financing terrorism, as the main problem is lack of political will, said Zeciri.
Serbs commemorate youths killed in Gorazdevac
GORAZDEVC- A commemoration was held in Gorazdevac, northwestern Kosovo, on Wednesday to commemorate two Serb youths, Ivan Jovovic and Pantelija Dakic, killed in a terrorist attack by ethnic Albanian extremists 11 years ago.
Officials of the Serbian government office for Kosovo Dusan Kozarev and Zeljko Jovic attended the commemoration.
