Conference on journalist protection to begin on Thursday
BELGRADE - The two-day international conference entitled "Protection of safety and integrity of journalists in the OSCE region" will open in the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade on Thursday.
Belgrade Dance Festival finds place on UNESCO website
BELGRADE- Belgrade Dance Festival (BDF) is listed on the UNESCO website as an event promoting culture in Serbia and cultural diversity in the world, BDF Director Aja Jung said Tuesday.
Our festival, which will have its 12 edition take place from March 23 to April 9, under the slogan 'Catch the Light', has been listed on the official website of UNESCO, said Jung.
"Ex Ponto" exhibition opens at Kalemegdan
BELGRADE - "Ex Ponto", an exhibition that follows the wartime fates of Young Bosnia members and Belgraders in 1914, opened at Belgrade's Kalemegdan Fortress on Monday as part of events commemorating the outbreak of World War I.

Tasovac to attend UNESCO forum in Florence
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Culture and Information Ivan Tasovac will visit Florence at the invitation of Director-General of UNESCO Irina Bokova to take part in the Third UNESCO World Forum on Culture and Cultural Industries in Florence on October 2-4, the Serbian Ministry of Culture has said in a release.

Serbian, RS Ministries of Culture sign MoC
BELGRADE - Serbian Minister of Culture and Information Ivan Tasovac and Minister of Education and Culture of Republika Srpska (RS) Goran Mutabdzija have signed in Banja Luka a Memorandum of Cooperation (MoC) between the two ministries that provides for exchange of programs, projects and experts between Serbian and RS national cultural institutions.
