Seselj expects to receive document from ICTY Wednesday
BOR - ICTY indictee Vojislav Seselj stated Monday he expects the decision on his return to the Hague Tribunal to be officially delivered to him on Wednesday, adding he will not surrender voluntarily.
Seselj said he still has not received the ICTY's decision, because they wanted to deliver the document in English, and he asked for it to be translated into Serbian.

BELGRADE -- According to Aleksandar Vucic, "somewhere, someone" has mistakenly calculated that Vojislav Seselj was a factor that can shake him and the government.
