Russia will stop the supply of spare parts for Russian and Soviet military equipment to unfriendly countries and will revoke the licenses for the right to repair such equipment. This was reported to Interfax by the head of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSVTS) of Russia, Dmitry Shugaev, quoted by "News in France".

Polish President Andrzej Duda said that it is in the interest of his country for Ukraine to join NATO as soon as possible, but that it must wait until the end of the conflict.

The visit, announced this week by Poland but not officially confirmed by Kyiv, comes as Ukraine plans to launch a counter-offensive in the coming weeks or months to retake occupied territory from Russia in its east and south, according to the British agency.

Poland said Thursday it plans to give Ukraine about a dozen MiG-29 fighter jets, which would make it the first NATO member to fulfill Kiev's increasingly urgent requests for warplanes to defend itself against the Russian invasion.
