Daily life of the Phrygian period will be brought to light via visual shows and animations in the Büyük Göztepe Tumulus in Safranbolu, a town in Turkey's northern province of Karabük, which is famous for its Ottoman-era buildings that include frame houses, inns and Turkish bathhouses.

Ancient tombs unearthed in the Büyük Göztepe Tumulus in the northern province of Karabük's Safranbolu district, famous for its historical houses, on the UNESCO World Heritage List, will contribute to tourism.

Excavation works in the ancient city of Hadrianapolis, in the Black Sea province of Karabük, will continue throughout 2020, the Karabük governor has said.

Ongoing excavations at the İncirliin Cave in the southwestern Turkish province of Muğla's Milas district have unearthed human bones and ceramic pieces dating back to the prehistoric and ancient ages. 

The cave, which has been declared a first degree archaeological site by the Muğla Cultural and Natural Heritage Preservation Board, is located in Milas' Gökçeler neighborhood.
