'Clear' That UK Bomber Was Part of a Network
British police confirmed Wednesday that the suicide bomber who died in an attack on a Manchester concert was not acting alone, AFP reported.
"It's very clear that this is a network that we are investigating," Manchester Chief Constable Ian Hopkins told reporters, as four people remained in custody.

Manchester Arena explosion: Children Among 22 Killed by Suicide Bomber After Ariana Grande Concert
A suicide bomber has killed 22 people - including children - in an explosion that tore through fans leaving an Ariana Grand pop concert in Manchester, according to the Telegraph.
At least 59 people were also injured when the blast caused by an improvised explosive device carried by the attacker detonated at the Manchester Arena after the performance on Monday night.
ISIL claims Manchester concert bombing
The Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) jihadist group claimed responsibility on May 23 for bombing a pop concert in the British city of Manchester and killing 22 people, including children.
The group said in a statement published on its social media channels that "one of the caliphate's soldiers placed bombs among the crowds," and threatened more attacks.
