MARSEILLE - Serbian tennis player Filip Krajinovic is through to the Round of 16 stage of the Marseille ATP tournament after beating Portugal's Joao Souza 3-6, 6-4, 6-4 on Tuesday.

Following a slightly sub-par performance in the first set, Krajinovic came from behind to win the match after two hours of play.

PARIS - Serbia's top-ranked male tennis player Novak Djokovic is through to the Roland Garros third round after beating Portuguese Joao Souza 6-1, 6-4, 6-3 on Wednesday.

Djokovic, who won after slightly over two hours of play, is now 4-0 head-to-head against Souza, without a set lost.

MONTE CARLO - Serbia's Viktor Troicki has suffered an early exit from the Monte Carlo ATP Masters tennis tournament after losing to Uruguayan Pablo Cuevas 6-3, 6-0 in the opening round on Monday.

World number 27 Cuevas will next face Portugal's Joao Souza.

Organ trafficking investigator to publish statement

BELGRADE -- The chief prosecutor of EULEX for alleged human organ trafficking in Kosovo and Albania in 1999 will issue a statement on the findings of the investigation.

BASTAD - Serbian tennis player Dusan Lajovic managed to reach the quarterfinals at the Swedish Open in Bastad on Wednesday, after Jerzy Janowicz of Poland withdrew from a match due to an injury.

The match was suspended when Lajovic had a lead of 6-3, 1-1. At the end of the first set, Janowicz asked for a medical time-out, after which he tried to play, but could not continue.
