Russia has declared its intention to repatriate 48 deported Ukrainian children to their families, according to Maria Lvova-Belova, the Russian Commissioner for Children's Rights. Lvova-Belova stated that Moscow and Kyiv have reached an agreement on the matter, facilitated by mediation from Qatar.

Today, the Hague's International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants targeting high-ranking military figures from Russia. The commanders in question, Sergey Kobylash and Viktor Sokolov, stand accused of grave offenses allegedly committed during the war in Ukraine between October 10, 2022, and March 9, 2023.

"No matter how much disinformation Russia spreads, it cannot deny the truth" about the deportation of Ukrainian children from territories under its control, nor protect individuals from responsibility for these crimes.
