BELGRADE - The deputy head of the EU Delegation to Serbia, Oscar Benedict, urged Serbia on Thursday to implement the required reforms, in particular in the fields related to the opened Chapters 23 and 24 in its EU accession talks.

Customs offices in computerised transit system
