UK's Govt Submits Draft Bill on Launching Brexit
The British government has submitted a draft bill which will allow it to initiate the legal procedure for the exit of the UK from the European Union.
The draft bill will be debated in Parliament on January 31 and February 1.
Earlier this week, the British Supreme Court ruled that PM Theresa May must seek parliamentary approval in order to activate Art.50 of the Lisbon Treaty.

CIA memo confirms nuclear sub crash
A CIA document has revealed that two nuclear submarines collided in a sea loch just off the west coast of Scotland more than 40 years ago.
The top secret memo, which has just been declassified, tells how a US submarine collided with a Russian vessel near Holy Loch in November 1974.
The cable marked “Secret eyes only” was sent to US secretary of state Henry Kissinger.

British PM May to visit Turkey on Jan 28
British Prime Minister Theresa May will visit Turkey on Jan. 28 and meet Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, a spokesman said on Jan. 24, as the British leader seeks to prepare for post-Brexit trade deals.
The visit will be May's first to Turkey as prime minister and she is expected to fly directly to Ankara from the United States, the Downing Street spokesman said.

British Prime Minister Theresa May must give parliament a vote before she can formally start Britain's exit from the European Union, the U.K. Supreme Court ruled on Jan. 23, giving lawmakers who oppose her Brexit plans a shot at amending them.
UK Supreme Court rules parliament must vote on Brexit procedure
The UK Supreme Court has ruled that the British parliament must vote on whether the procedures for Brexit can start, Tueasday. The judgement means Theresa May cannot begin talks with the EU until MPs and peers give their backing – although this is expected to happen in time for the government’s 31 March deadline.
UK Govt Cannot Trigger Brexit Alone, Supreme Court Says
The Supreme Court of Britain has ruled that the government cannot trigger Article 50 and initiate the withdrawal from the European Union without consent of Parliament.
The decision, which turns down a government's appeal of the ruling of a lower-instance court, has been approved by a distinct majority of 8 to 3 votes, according to the Guardian.

British Prime Minister Theresa May will visit Turkey this week, with the agenda set to focus on ongoing settlement talks in Cyprus, international efforts to defeat the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), and bilateral ties between Ankara and London as Britain prepares to start Brexit negotiations.
