TBILISI - Serbia beat Georgia 76-63 in a EuroBasket 2025 Qualifiers Group G Game Day 2 encounter in Tbilisi on Monday evening.
Marko Guduric led Serbia to victory with 16 points and Vanja Marinkovic, Aleksa Avramovic and Filip Petrusev added 15, 12 and 11 points, respectively.
Tornike Shengelia stood out for Georgia with 17 points and Joe Thomasson added 15 points.

Serbia beat Dominican Republic to reach basketball world cup quarter-finals
MANILA - Serbia are through to the quarter-finals of the FIBA Basketball World Cup after beating the Dominican Republic 112-79 (29-15, 27-20, 31-18, 25-26) in the second phase of the competition's group stage on Sunday.
Bogdan Bogdanovic led Serbia with 20 points, Vanja Marinkovic and Nikola Milutinov each scored 16 points and Filip Petrusev added 14 points.

ATHENS - The Serbia men's national basketball team lost to Italy 89-88 on Wednesday evening in its second game at the Acropolis basketball tournament in Athens.
Previously, Serbia defeated Greece 71-64 on Tuesday.
Serbia got off to an excellent start to the game against Italy and had a 17-point lead in the first quarter, but Italy made up the deficit to win.

Charleroi made as many as 14 three-point shots as Bowman and Richardson led the scoring with 16 points each, handing their team the first win in the competition.
