US citizens in Kosovo warned about risk of terrorist attacks
"US citizens should exercise caution at holiday festivals and events around the Catholic and Orthodox Easter celebrations," said a security alert posted on the embassy's website, and added:
"Extremists continue to focus on tourist locations, shopping malls, bars, houses of worship, and other soft targets. Please exercise additional vigilance in these and similar locations."

They are mentioned under suspicion of involvement in the crime of the disappearance of Mr. Ljubomir Knezevic, the Association of Journalists of Serbia (UNS) is reporting on its website.
Knezevis was a journalist of the Pristina newspaper Jedinstvo and a correspondent of Politika.
"UN chair for Kosovo lurks behind US package"
That's according to Belgrade daily Vecernje Novosti, which adds that "the package" could be presented to Serbian officials on Wednesday, when US Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Wess Mitchell will visit Pristina, and then Belgrade.

Kosovo citizens go to the polls on Sunday to vote for mayors and members of assemblies in the country's 38 municipalities, hoping a change in power will lead to a change in their daily lives.

Ristic: Shots were fired at my house, no one is injured
ZUBIN POTOK - Slavisa Ristic, a candidate for a seat in the Serbian parliament, said late on Sunday that unknown persons had fired shots from automatic weapons at his house in the village of Jagnjenica near Zubin Potok in northern Kosovo, but luckily, no one had been injured.
