For Göbeklitepe, the world's oldest temple located in modern day Turkey's southeastern province of Şanlıurfa, a global pandemic is nothing novel, as it has survived throughout history for 12,000 years.
Peak aims high after $1.8 bln acquisition
The young and discreet founder and employees of Turkish gaming company Peak are aiming high after its acquisition by U.S. giant Zynga for $1.8 billion.
The Zynga-Peak deal announced on June 1 resembles that of between Pixar and Disney in 2006, according to the Turkish company's strategy director.

Turkey lifts 4-day coronavirus curfew in 31 provinces
Turkey lifted a four-day curfew as of midnight on April 26 which had been imposed in 31 provinces to stem the spread of the novel coronavirus.
The government enforced its third weekend stay-at-home order, which included the national April 23 holiday and its following day.
Air pollution declines in major cities
Air quality in Turkey's 29 metropolises has improved significantly as people stay at home and fewer cars hit the roads amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Air pollution in those provinces dropped as much as 32 percent, according to data from the Environment and Urbanization Ministry and local municipalities.
